Smallhouse Log

Thursday, third week of Advent

Today was awesome. I had lunch with Leah, delicious BLTs. Then I shoveled the walk and the snow was beautiful and I had so much fun (not sarcasm, I don't know what's up with that either). Then I went to work and the weather was so beautiful and I got paid to stand around eating brownies for an hour, won two free hours of pay from the bonus stocking, and pulled in enough to get myself a third of the way to commission for the week -and I was out sick yesterday (milkshake-related infirmity). Then we left early because of the snow and I shoveled the walk again and the neighbors' walk (again) and the other neighbors' walk and tried to make a snowman and made a snow angel and finally came inside and Lorange had made me hot chocolate. AWESOME.

Full break. Then I decided to do some programming for fun and lost track of time for four hours, but I made a fun little game about fighting bears (well, mostly running away from bears and fighting rabbits -I keep dying when I fight bears- and seducing random passerby and badgers. Well, not random, there's a geneology system). And then I was like, "What it's three am this was the best day for realz."

For realz.
